- Employees, agents, and immediate family members of jlboos and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
- You may only hold one registered account on jlboos. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
3. Account Creation and Security
When registering with jlboos, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your username or password with any third party.
- Notify jlboos immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- jlboos will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain security.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Users of jlboos agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

All financial transactions on jlboos are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment channels, which may include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and bank transfers.
- Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and are typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen method.
- jlboos reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds or identity before processing large transactions.
- Any attempt to engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or money laundering will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to appropriate regulatory authorities.
- All fees, applicable taxes, or transaction charges are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
jlboos provides its services on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlboos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
jlboos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

- Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Losses from gaming or betting outcomes.

jlboos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Any funds remaining in suspended accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of jlboos shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
